What’s in the name?
The Rosary Board takes its name from a small display in the
alcove of Sacred Heart Parish in Miles City, Montana. A few years ago my father noticed that
visitors to our church as well as fellow parishioners forgot to bring their
rosary from time to time. There was a blank space in the alcove that would be
the perfect spot to make rosaries available. After asking permission from our pastor, a fellow parishioner made the board, the pegs and lettering. My father has supplied the rosaries along
with other members of our congregation. This is a wonderful ministry and by spreading the Rosary we can grow closer to Jesus Christ.

Target Audience
The target audiences for this blog are Catholics who pray
the Rosary regularly, those who want to learn more about this devotion and all
those who are curious about why we pray this prayer. I also have links to
specific Catholic websites that have helped me learn more about the faith.
Focus of this Blog
The purposes of this blog are to share some reflections on the
Rosary and to learn how this prayer has made a positive impact on others. This is not a
forum for theological debate. The Rosary is a wonderful tool for teaching the faith. Let us learn and pray
together.
July 2012
I would like to open this blog up to that of sharing my faith. Since we already use the Rosary as a means of meditating on the life, death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, the topics discussed will share accounts from Sacred Scripture, the Catechism and other spiritual works.
Please check out "My Blog List" as well as the other resources linked on this blog.
Thank you for visiting.
Ave Maria!
Praise be Jesus Christ!
